Falcon Park Hosting Baseball Championship May 24-28/29

AUBURN — Pre-sale tickets at half-price are still available through Monday, May 19, for the upcoming National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III World Series, scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend at Falcon Park in the City of Auburn.

Cayuga Community College, in partnership with the City of Auburn, is hosting the prestigious championship tournament, which in 2024 saw eight teams from around the United States compete for the NJCAA Division III title at Falcon Park. Cayuga, which hosted the World Series in 2024, is also hosting the World Series again in 2027.

This year’s tournament starts with four games on Saturday, May 24, and concludes with a championship game on May 28 or May 29. Single-day and week-long pre-sale tickets, all available at half-price until May 19, can be found at Cayuga Community College and the New York State Equal Rights Heritage Center in Auburn.

Tickets at the Heritage Center, found at 25 South Street in Auburn, are available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Tickets are also available at Cayuga Community College by contacting College Comptroller Joelle McLaughlin at jmclaug5@cayuga-cc.edu.

Full-price single-day or week-long tickets will be available at the gate during the World Series.

In 2024, teams from Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Virginia competed for the championship at Falcon Park. Rowan College of South Jersey – Gloucester won its second straight title, with Dallas College Eastfield finishing second for the third consecutive season.

Hosting the championship in Auburn brought hundreds of participants, families, officials and spectators to the area, filling hotels and supporting local businesses. The region is primed to experience the same influx of tourists, visitors and baseball fans during the 2025 championship on Memorial Day Weekend.
