FULL-TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS
TO CAYUGA AND OSWEGO COUNTY STUDENTS WHO GRADUATE IN THE TOP 20% OF THEIR HIGH SCHOOL CLASS.
Jordan-Elbridge, Red Creek, Skaneateles, Tyburn Academy and Union Springs Academy students are also eligible.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Students must:
- Be a first-time, full-time college student
- Earn a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in each academic year
- Have a GPA in the top 20% of their high school class *
- Graduate from Cayuga and Oswego County school districts
- Students from Jordan-Elbridge, Red Creek, Skaneateles, Tyburn Academy, and Union Springs Academy are also eligible
* In the event a school does not calculate class rank as a matter of policy, a cumulative GPA of 90% or higher will be accepted as an equivalent benchmark

PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS. PRIORITY GIVEN TO APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BY APRIL 1:
- Admissions Application
- Official High School Transcript (submitted directly from your school)
- FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)

AVAILABILITY
Given limited funds, eligible students may not receive an award.
AMOUNTS AWARDED
NYS resident tuition less Pell, Tap and other Foundation scholarships; books and fees not included; up to four semesters at Cayuga. Incoming students who qualify as Presidential Scholars whose tuition and fees are fully funded by Pell and/or TAP are eligible to receive up to $500 per semester through the Presidential Scholar Program.
