COURSE DESCRIPTION

Human Biology is an introductory non-sequential biology course appropriate for non-science majors or those preparing for or interested in healthcare or related professions. This course provides a balanced introduction to human anatomy and physiology, cancer, genetics and inheritance, development and aging, evolution, and human impact on biodiversity and the environment. Three class hours and one-two hour lab weekly.
