The 424 seat Bisgrove Theatre was completely renovated in 2007. This air-conditioned proscenium stage features large comfortable seats with wireless internet, an IGBT dimmer per circuit lighting system with moving lights and scrollers, an updated sound system and a 15×20 screen with a projection system which has the capabilities for PowerPoint presentations, Internet interactivity or just showing movies. While great care was taken during the renovation to not harm the wonderful acoustics of the space, an infrared system is available to help the hearing impaired. The Bisgrove theatre hosts many and varied performances during a year. Companies which produce concerts, lectures, dance and of course live theatre are all comfortable in this space. It is a good “little theatre” which is available for rental by non-profit groups.
