COURSE DESCRIPTION

Human Biology is an introductory non-sequential biology course appropriate for non-science majors or those preparing for or interested in healthcare or related professions. This course provides a balanced introduction to human anatomy and physiology, cancer, genetics and inheritance, development and aging, evolution, and human impact on biodiversity and the environment. Three class hours and two lab hours weekly.
