CCC Alumni Association Presents Annual Awards

Four graduates of Auburn/Cayuga Community College have been honored by the College’s Alumni Association at the College’s Commencement Ceremony on May 22. The 2016 Alumni Award recipients are John E. Walsh ’65, Col. Thomas J. Powell, USAF (Retired) ’66, Dr. Brian J. Kelly ’95 and Lori A. Cochran ’05. Cayuga Community College Board of Trustees Announce New Trustee

Patrick-MahunikCayuga Community College Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of its newest Trustee. The Honorable Patrick V. Mahunik has been appointed by the Cayuga County Legislature to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Joseph Runkle who resigned in February, 2016. Dr. Brian M. Durant will be inaugurated as the eighth president of Cayuga Community College on Friday, April 15, 2016. Cayuga Nursing Graduates Achieve 100 Percent Licensure Pass Rate

Cayuga Community College has announced the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX) score of its 2015 nursing class. The most recent graduates of the school’s two-year associate in applied science degree achieved a 100 percent pass rate. As Cayuga’s nursing graduates have consistently done, the 2015 class surpassed the state and national average pass rates by 20 and 15 points respectively. Cayuga Community College Announces Ribbon Cutting for Advanced Manufacturing Institute

SUNY Selects Cayuga Community College to Receive $65,000 Grant for Occupational Therapy Assistant Training Program

Cayuga Community College officials are pleased to announce that the school has been awarded a SUNY High Needs Grant for their Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Students are Guaranteed Seamless Transfer of Credits To and From All SUNY Campuses

The State University of New York, with 64 campuses including Cayuga Community College, says that starting with the 2015 – 2106 academic year, they’ll have the most comprehensive seamless transfer policy in the country.
