Official transcripts may be requested through your myCayuga account. The transcript request form is found on the Student Records menu.

Complete and submit a Transcript Request Form. Mail, fax, or submit the form to:

No fee is charged. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

  • Log into myCayuga
  • Click Student Services –> Student Records –> Request Printed Transcript
  • Choose ONE of the available options
  • If you choose External College Code:
    • Click Look Up College Code –> Select a State
    • Click List Cities in Selected State
    • Click Select College City –> List Colleges in Selected City
    • Select College Name –> Copy Selected College Information to Data Entry Form
  • If you choose One of Your Addresses, choose your physical residence
  • If you choose Issue to, enter a person’s name and mailing address
  • Select Transcript Type:
    • At Transcript Type, select Web Request
    • Leave Nation set to None
    • Enter Area Code and Phone Number – only enter for fax requests
      (faxed transcripts are considered unofficial)
    • Click Continue
  • Enter Number of Copies
  • To Print Transcript, select As Soon as Possible, Hold for Grades*, or Hold for Degree
  • Change Delivery Method to Standard Mailing
  • Click Continue
  • Review your request
  • If all fields have been entered correctly, click Submit Request

* If you check “Hold for Grades”, your transcript will not be sent until all grades for all courses for all students have been submitted (not just your grades). If all of your grades have been submitted by faculty in myCayuga, select “As soon as possible”.
