TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

TO VIEW UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT

An unofficial transcript is a student copy that the student can request for his/her own records.

Unofficial transcripts may be requested through your myCayuga account. The unofficial transcript request form is found on the Student Records menu.

  1. Log into myCayuga.
  2. Click Student ServicesStudent RecordsView Academic Transcript.
  3. On the Academic Transcript Options page, select Web Request for Transcript Type and click Submit.
  4. Print the page for an unofficial copy of your academic transcript.

TO ORDER AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT ONLINE

An official transcript is a copy of your academic record with the college’s seal and signature of the Registrar that can be sent to other colleges and institutions.

For the most expedient service (3–5 days processing time), order your Cayuga transcript online through Credentials Inc. using their Transcripts Plus service.

Cayuga Community College is no longer accepting transcript orders via fax. We have also discontinued the option to deliver transcripts via fax.

To order an official transcript, you have two options:

If you have access to your myCayuga account:

  1. Log into myCayuga.
  2. Click Student ServicesStudent RecordsRequest Printed Transcript (Credentials).
  3. A new browser window will appear, taking you to the Transcripts Plus website.
  4. Click Begin Order and complete the request form.
  5. Provide your debit or credit card number for payment of $10.00 per transcript (plus delivery fees).
  6. Submit your order.

By using your myCayuga account, your personal information will be automatically filled in when you begin your order. Complete any missing form items required.

If you do not have access to your myCayuga account:

  1. Go to the Transcripts Plus website.
  2. Click Begin Order and complete the request form.
  3. Provide your debit or credit card number for payment of $10.00 per transcript (plus delivery fees).
  4. Submit your order.

The status of your transcript request may be checked at Credentials Inc. on the Transcript Order Follow-Up screen.

To utilize this service, students will need to have their social security number, telephone number, a valid major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover) and the name and address of the college or institution.

NOTE: No transcript will be released if you have any outstanding financial obligations to the college or if any restrictive holds have been placed on your student records.

TO ORDER AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT IN PERSON

You can order an official transcript in person by visiting the Registrar’s Office on the Auburn or Fulton campus, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (summer hours may vary). Payments can be made with cash, personal check or credit card.

STANDARD FEES AND DELIVERY CHOICES

Please note Cayuga Community College no longer sends transcripts via Fax.

  • Official Transcripts: $10.00 each plus delivery fees for regular First Class mail, electronic transmission (PDF), or for pick up.
  • Domestic Federal Express to main 48 states $22.25 per Recipient
  • Domestic Federal Express to Alaska or Hawaii $25.25 per Recipient
  • International Federal Express $45.25 per Recipient

ELECTRONIC TRANSCRIPT CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Cayuga Community College, located in Auburn, NY has appointed Credentials Inc. as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of Cayuga Community College. The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process. Credentials Inc. has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic transcript requests on behalf of Cayuga Community College and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions.
