Awarded to one highest ranking graduate from each of the ten participating high schools (Fulton, Phoenix, Central Square, C. W. Baker, Hannibal, Mexico, Pulaski, Sandy Creek, Altmar-Parish-Williamstown, and Oswego) who will be attending Cayuga on a full-time basis.
