DESCRIPTION
First preference for award will be given to a student who is a resident of the City of Auburn, and second preference will be for a student who is a resident of Cayuga County. The student must demonstrate financial need. The applicant must have applied and been formally accepted to attend CCC, filed a FAFSA and have submitted this information to the Financial Services Office
