Awarded in the first instance to a returning full-time sophomore who is a graduate of Skaneateles High School and has demonstrated academic excellence in his/her first year of study at the college. Awarded in the second instance to an incoming freshman who is a graduate of Skaneateles High School who has achieved at least a 75 average.
