EMPLOYEE SEPARATION FORM

When an employee ceases to work at Cayuga Community College their access to systems and data must be revoked promptly to ensure security and accuracy of the college computer system data.

Employee files will be deleted 30 days from their last day of work.

Employee E-Mail

Employee e-mail will remain in the system for 30 days beyond their last day of work. An auto-reply message will be set stating the employee no longer works at the College.

Employee Voicemail

Employee voicemail will remain in the system for 30 days beyond their last day of work.

If no, then the outgoing voicemail message will change stating that the employee no longer works at the college.

Full-Time Faculty

Data and email and voicemail will be deleted after 30 days for full-time faculty who are not teaching as adjuncts.
