ACCESSIBILITY RESOURCES

All of Cayuga Community College, including the Office of Accessibility Resources, will be closed from July 2, 2021, through July 12, 2021, which includes the week of final exams for Summer Session I. Students interested in requesting disability-related accommodations for Summer Session I courses must submit their documentation to the OAR prior to June 30 to allow time for processing before the College closes on July 2. OAR staff will return on July 12 for accommodation requests for Summer Session II courses.

Federal laws, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 protect qualified individuals with disabilities from discrimination on the basis of disability and guarantee equal opportunity for access to programs and services. Cayuga Community College complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding reasonable and appropriate services and accommodations for students with documented disabilities.

Support services and accommodations for all students with disabilities are coordinated through the Office of Accessibility Resources, located within the Center for Academic Success.
