WHERE IS THE CENTER FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS LOCATED?

The CAS is located in the Library building just down the hall from the Library entrance in Auburn. In Fulton, the CAS is in the Learning Commons. Beginning November 30, 2020, most CAS services will be provided remotely; please call or email CAS staff for assistance.

ARE TUTORING SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE STUDENTS?

All students can request remote appointments with our CAS peer and professional tutors and can also use STAR-NY or NetTutor online tutoring services.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR TUTORING SERVICES?

ALL CAS services are free!

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR TUTORING?

In most cases, appointments are needed for Zoom tutoring sessions with CAS peer and professional tutors. Visit our CAS tutoring pages for more info.

IF I NEED TO TAKE A TEST IN THE CAS, WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

At this time, testing in the CAS is only available for on-campus course tests and placement tests by advance appointment. Students must have a photo ID and wear a face covering to take a test in the CAS.

WHEN CAN I USE CAS COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS?

Computer and printer use in the CAS is not available beginning November 30, 2020. Please see the Library website for hours to use computers and printers on campus.
