OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT ADMISSIONS
Admission to the OTA program is selective and limited to assure that the number of students enrolled in the program is proportionate to the available instructional and clinical resources.
OTA APPLICATIONS FOR FALL 2018 ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED
Admission to the OTA program is a two-application process. Applicants must fill out the Admissions application and a OTA Admission Application. Completion of these two applications does not guarantee admission to the program.
The postmarked deadline for your application and supporting materials (see below) is March 1, 2018. Refer to program requirements and deadlines for more information.
You are encouraged to first enroll in the Liberal Arts & Sciences / Math & Science A.S. program, which provides you with the opportunity to complete prerequisites and select required courses for the OTA degree.
- Must complete and submit a Cayuga Admission Application and an OTA program application, including official transcripts.
- Applications received by the March 1 deadline will take priority. Applications will continue to be reviewed after March 1 until the program is full.
- Two professional references are required by the March 1 deadline.
- Applicants not accepted must reapply to be considered for admission the following year.
