Student Development Center maintains the following Off-Campus Housing List. The list includes apartments, houses and room rentals offered by Auburn and Fulton area landlords for college students.
During the fall and spring semesters, the College also contracts with the local bus services to provide free bus transportation to full-time Cayuga students at either campus who show a current college ID. We encourage students to begin searching for housing early in the summer before starting at Cayuga.
In order to best serve Cayuga Community College students and the local community, Cayuga Community College will require all individual landlords who desire to list their rental opportunities on the college website to submit a copy of their certificate of occupancy issued from the city of Auburn or other local municipality. If the current certificate of occupancy is not received by October 31, 2012 the college will assume the landlord no longer desires the rental opportunity be posted and will remove the listing from the website.
