What is Banner?

Banner is Cayuga's integrated information management system.

 

What will it do for students?

Banner offers self-service access to your academic and financial information. You can now access your Banner student account 24/7 online.

 

What will I see on my self-service Banner account?

You can review the College's course schedule, pay your tuition bills online, accept your financial aid online. You can also view your:

  • Class schedule
  • Financial aid payments
  • Work-study paychecks

 

How can I access my Banner account?

Click on Banner Login. Use your Banner ID and PIN to access your account.

 

What is a Banner ID?

Your Banner ID is your student ID. It begins with the letter C and has 8 digits. For identity protection, using your Banner ID instead of your Social Security number is more secure.

 

How do I get a PIN?

Your PIN is sent to you by mail. If you plan to take courses at Cayuga and have not received a PIN, please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@cayuga-cc.edu.

If you forget your PIN, fill out the Self-Service Banner PIN Reset Form and follow the instructions provided.

Caution: This PIN is like your ATM PIN; anyone can use it to access your information, so please don't share your PIN.
