Transcripts
An official transcript has the College seal affixed. Upon your written request, the registrar's office will issue an official transcript and:
-
mail it to the recipient you designate, or
-
hold it for you (or the person you designate in writing) to pick up. In this case, the College seal is affixed with "official transcript issued to student" stamped on the transcript. The transcript is sealed in an envelope. The seal should not be broken or the transcript is considered void. Transcripts may be picked up during business hours at the registrar's office in Auburn, or at the main desk in Fulton (see Jo Ann Harris).
The College does not charge for transcript requests.
Note: No transcript will be released if you have any outstanding financial obligations to the College or if any restrictive holds have been placed on your student records.
There are two ways to request your transcript:
- Directly to the registrar's office (no fee charged; allow 1-3 days)
Include your name, social security number, date of birth, former name, current home address and the complete address to which the transcript is to be sent. A Transcript Request Form is available online and also in the Registrar's Office.
