Donald Knuth's Home Page, who has written what most consider the end all/be all of books on data structures and computer programming, The Art of Computer Programming. Very, very, very heady stuff, with tons of math. Not cheap either.
Another good book for the serious programmer is The Practice of Programming by Brian Kernighan and Rob Pike. About 250 pages, and I payed $30. A little expensive, but very good discussions about how to program, how to test, and how to validate. The authors have created a web site devoted to the book.
