This section is a wall from the English addition to the castle.
The moat. The walls around the moat were built 20 meters high.
This was a fortification (the turret) but was converted to a Shakespearian theatre for the Prince Elector's (Frederick IV) English wife, Elizabeth Stewart.
This wall was constructed outside the moat. The shelf near the base was placed there so the English wife could plant her gardens.
