These 2-1/2 hour courses combine lecture and discussion for current, new, and aspiring supervisors. Tuition for each course is $30; all meet at the Cayuga Community College, Auburn campus, 197 Franklin St.

    Wednesday, February 25, 2009, 4:00-6:30 p.m.
    Hiring, evaluating, coaching, progressive discipline, and termination of employees. Registration deadline is February 18, 2009.

  • BIC 010-001 Communication in the Workplace,
    Wednesday, March 4, 2009, 4:00-6:30 p.m.
    Gender and communication, barriers to effective communication, and understanding / improving professional relationships and productivity. Registration deadline is February 25, 2009.

  • BIC 028-040 Motivating Employees,
    Wednesday, March 11, 2009, 4:00-6:30 p.m.
    Includes motivational inertia, the comfort zone, and motivational killers. Registration deadline is March 4, 2009
