Problems can provide individuals and organizations with opportunities for growth and creativity, or they can be obstacles to productivity. This common sense approach to solving problems can reduce the element of chance and can alert you to some common problem solving pitfalls. You will learn a six-step approach to solving problems and be exposed to a number of problem solving tools and techniques. Nick Kuncio instructs.
