Business Office

The Business Office is responsible for student accounts and disbursing financial aid and payroll checks. We mail student tuition bills, accept payments and certificates of residence, disburse financial aid and other refund checks, and bill outside agencies sponsoring students' costs. If you are a student worker, your paycheck will be available on paydays in the Business Office.

The Business Office also processes the college's purchase orders, pays vendors, bills outside agencies for use of facilities, and maintains the college's financial records.

The NBS/FACTS Tuition Management Plan

To help you meet your expenses at Cayuga Community College, we are pleased to offer the NBS/FACTS Tuition Payment Plan.

This convenient, monthly budget plan gives you two options for making monthly payments: You can make automatic bank payments, or your can charge payments to your MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

Because NBS/FACTS is not a loan program, no debt is incurred, there's no credit search, and no interest or finance charges are assessed by NBS/FACTS on the unpaid balance. NBS/FACTS simply charges a $25.00 per semester nonrefundable fee to enroll and participate in its program.
