Presented to both a male graduate (Fred M. Everett Award) and to a female graduate (Ora H. Everett Award) who intend to continue their education and who exemplify in his/her personality and influence upon others the highest traditions of citizenship, compassion, and human commitment. Must be Cayuga County residents.
