How do I get a PIN?

Your PIN is sent to you by mail. If you plan to take courses at Cayuga and have not received a PIN, please contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@cayuga-cc.edu.

If you forget your PIN, fill out the Self-Service Banner PIN Reset Form and follow the instructions provided.

Caution: This PIN is like your ATM PIN; anyone can use it to access your information, so please don’t share your PIN.

How is myCayuga different than Banner?

We still use the Banner system “under the hood” of myCayuga. Banner is still there and myCayuga is not a replacement for it. Consider it this way: If Banner is a “window” then myCayuga would be “curtains” for it. Banner lies underneath it and you can still access anything from it. MyCayuga just gives it a more approachable look and feel.

It also adds many new features such as easy access to many of Cayuga’s links and resources needed as a student or faculty member. There are also links to special Cayuga User Groups and more.

As we further develop the myCayuga portal we will be adding in more features as we go.
