Students, Do You Need Help Finding Your E-mail Address or Password?
If you do not know your college e-mail or password it’s easy to find out. The information is located in the Student tab in your Banner account. Follow these instructions:
- Log into Banner with your Banner ID and password.
- Once logged in, click the Student tab.
- Click the Cayuga E-Mail Account Information link.
- An information page provides instructions on how to log into your e-mail. Your e-mail address and password (PIN) will be displayed.
