How to Report a Problem, STOP messages or General Feedback

Since this feature is in our testing phase, if you experience any problems please let us know by sending an e-mail to webmaster@cayuga-cc.edu. Thanks! We would love to hear your thoughts.

If you would like to be REMOVED from the SMS alert list, log into your Account. Once logged into your Account Manager page, scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete My Account" button. If you still have issues your cannot log in, please send an e-mail to webmaster@cayuga-cc.edu and be sure to include the phone number and your name.

NOTE: Texting STOP does not work with the way we have the system set up - we will not receive that message.

10-06-2011: Added Straight Talk support for a carrier option.

09-13-2011: Initial rollout. Completely revamped the system so you have total control over which professors your receive alerts for. You can now receive an alert to either your cell phone, student e-mail or a personal e-mail.
