Student Mobile Device E-mail Instructions
Setting up your Cayuga e-mail account on your phone requires a mobile device that supports Microsoft Active Sync 4.5. Phones that do not support Active Sync 4.5 can access student e-mail through our Online Webmail Access. Make sure that you are running the latest version of your mobile device operating system.

| Server | meridian.cayuga-cc.edu | This is the student CCC e-mail server name. Type exactly what you see at left. |
| Domain | student.ccc.lan | This is the student domain info, type exactly what you see at left. |
| Username | jsmith6 | This is your unique username, drop the @cayuga-cc.edu from your e-mail address. |
| Password | xxxxxx | This is your unique e-mail/account password. Type the password you use to login to your CCC student e-mail Account. |
| Description | CCC E-mail | This field is simply a description field for the account. Feel free to give it any description you will remember. It will not affect your account. |
| SSL | ON (or YES) | This field specifies whether to use SSL encryption or not. This should be enabled for any mobile device in order for e-mail to work. |
Forward Your E-mail Account to a non-Cayuga E-mail Address
You now have the ability to forward your student e-mail account to a non-Cayuga e-mail address using our Outlook Web Access. For detailed instructions please review the following document. Please use Internet Explorer 8 or greater for these instructions.
