Purpose How and When Issued Username/Password Help

Your web-based gateway to electronic resources at Cayuga Community College.

MyCayuga offers self-service, online access to your academic and financial information.

You can:

  • self-register for classes
  • view and accept your charges and/or financial aid
  • pay your tuition bill

You can also view:

  • your class schedule
  • your final grades
  • college announcements
  • CCC’s course schedules

You can access your myCayuga student account 24/7 online at

Your account will be created at the time of:

  • Your admission to CCC
  • Your initial registration
  • CCC’s receipt of your FASFA

You will receive a letter via the U.S. postal service that will include your temporary account password and detailed instructions regarding access.

If you have forgotten your password subsequent to your initial login, you can always enter your Cayuga Username and then click the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD link on the myCayuga login page.

This will prompt you to answer security questions that you had previously established. You will be able to proceed from there.

Purpose How and When Issued Username/Password Help

College e-mail system used for college business communications (e.g., e-billing) and to support communication with your instructors.

The College will consider students to be informed and in receipt of correspondence sent to their Cayuga e-mail account.

Cayuga will direct some official communications to students' Cayuga email accounts as appropriate. Students are responsible for reading their college e-mail on a regular basis and for recognizing that certain communications are time sensitive.

Your Cayuga email account will be activated approximately 2 months prior to the start of the semester in which you have initially registered. Late registrants should expect to see email activation within 5 business days of class registration.

Your email address and password will be made available as part of your Cayuga Credentials which is accessible within your myCayuga account.

Your email account is subject to continued enrollment in credit bearing classes at Cayuga Community College. Your email account will be terminated after two years of your last semester attended.

If you have difficulties in accessing your e-mail account after you have been activated, please visit the computer lab in room M331 on the Auburn Campus or the Information Technology Operations Center (ITOC) on the Fulton Campus. Alternatively call 315-294-8568 during normal business hours.

Purpose How and When Issued Username/Password Help
Cayuga's online learning management system located at Your Blackboard user name and password is the same as your Cayuga username and password for login to computers or email.

Purpose How and When Issued Username/Password Help
Allows off-campus access to the library’s subscription databases. Students can go to the campus libraries and get their library card with the coordinating information necessary to access their new account. Those that cannot physically access the campus can apply online for a library card. Call the CCC Library at (315) 255-1743, x2296.

To change your password from Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Log onto Outlook Web Access (OWA):

  1. Click Options near the upper right corner of the OWA screen.
  2. Choose Change Password from the list of actions on the left side of the screen.
  3. Type in your old password in the old password text box, hit TAB.
  4. Type in your new password that meets the requirements, hit TAB.
  5. Type your new password again.
  6. Click Save near the upper left corner of the OWA screen.
