Business Office
The Business Office is responsible for student accounts and disbursing financial aid and payroll checks. We mail student tuition bills, accept payments and certificates of residence, disburse financial aid and other refund checks, and bill outside agencies sponsoring students' costs. If you are a student worker, your paycheck will be available on paydays in the Business Office.
The Business Office also processes the college’s purchase orders, pays vendors, bills outside agencies for use of facilities, and maintains the college’s financial records.

Tuition and Fee Payment
Once you are accepted for enrollment in Cayuga, you will be billed for tuition and fees before your next semester or session begins.
Your tuition may be deferred based on certain financial aid awards, such as TAP and PELL. Under special circumstances, outside agencies and companies providing tuition assistance to their employees may also be billed at later dates.
If you do not qualify for these types of aid, you must pay your tuition and fees by the date indicated on your bill. There are three ways to pay:
- You can pay by check to Cayuga Community College. If you wish to stop payment on a check, please submit the Stop Payment Request Form. (To view this PDF file you will need Adobe Reader, a free download.)
- You can use your MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
- You can arrange for automatic deductions from your bank account or credit card through the NBS/FACTS Tuition Management Plan (see below).
A variety of federal, state and college-sponsored financial aid programs are available to assist you in financing your education. Details are available from Cayuga’s Financial Aid Office.

NBS/FACTS Tuition Management Plan
The NBS/FACTS Tuition Payment Plan allows you to authorize automatic monthly payments from your bank account or credit card. Each semester, NBS/FACTS automatically deducts four equal tuition payments (covering tuition and fees only) from your checking or savings account, or charges them to your MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. NBS/FACTS charges a $25 nonrefundable fee per semester to participate. NBS/FACTS is not a loan program. No debt is incurred, there is no credit search, and no interest or finance charges are assessed by NBS/FACTS on the unpaid balance.
To authorize automatic payment through NBS/FACTS, simply log on to your Banner student account, using your ID and PIN. Choose FACTS Payment Plan – eCashier and follow the steps to enroll.
Pay by Credit Card Online: Banner
To pay your tuition and fees by credit card online, simply log on to your Banner student account, using your ID and PIN. Choose Pay Online, then choose the term you are paying for, and follow the steps to pay.
