Study on Sundays at Cayuga
Cayuga's Study on Sunday program lets you finish college faster, with an accelerated course schedule. And you can attend college full-time or part-time, by coming to campus just once a week. Cayuga offers several credit courses on Sundays during the fall and spring at the Auburn and Fulton campuses. These classes meet for just 3 hours each week. And most of the courses are accelerated, so you can finish them in just 8 weeks, instead of the usual 15-week semester. Sunday classes are held mornings and afternoons, so you can take one or two courses in a session. To meet your course requirements, you will need to complete independent assignments during the week. Sunday courses can help you fulfill degree requirements for various Cayuga degrees, including the AA in Liberal Arts: Humanities and Social Science. With this degree, you can transfer into many upper-level bachelor's degree programs-including accelerated programs offered on Cayuga's Auburn campus through Empire State College and Keuka College. Sunday courses feature a learning environment that's lively and interactive. Instructors encourage student participation and small-group discussion. Cayuga's library and computer labs are open on Sunday, and financial aid is available for qualified applicants.
“Completing the courses in eight weeks gives you a huge sense of satisfaction. You feel that you are really making great progress towards your degree and that you truly can accomplish this.” View the Sunday class schedule only.
