Cayuga Leadership Academy

The Cayuga Leadership Academy is an eighteen-month program. The first year experience is designed to enhance and strengthen leadership potential through an individual skill inventory, intensive half-day workshops, and other group activities. The second year consists of a mentoring opportunity with a senior leader within the College and the implementation of a project that supports targeted skill development while contributing to Cayuga Community College’s strategic plan.

The goal of this program is to develop leadership skills within our institution which will benefit the future of the College on all levels. Participation will also help prepare individuals to position themselves for consideration for potential leadership roles.
